As China re-opens its economy after three years of isolation notwithstanding the continued surged in COVID-19 cases, the rest of the world is bringing back restrictions on all arrivals from China. According to CNN News, the US will require all travelers from China to show a negative Covid test result before flying to the country, effective from January 5. Prykhodov Courtside Group, which is doing business under the name PodcastOne (PODC), has filed for a direct listing of its shares on Nasdaq. The podcast platform and publisher, which is being spun out of LiveOne, said in a filing that registered shareholders intend to offer up to 6.2M of its shares. LiveOne plans to distribute an additional 1.3M shares as a special dividend to shareholders. The reference price and timing of the listing were not disclosed. George Frey Generac (NYSE:GNRC) shares jumped 5.6% on Wednesday as Janney Montgomery analyst Sean Milligan started coverage at Buy. He explained that the stock’s steep slide in 2022 has left it undervalued, especially given its growth levers.
