The Capital Market Authority (CMA), Oman’s financial markets regulator, looks to establish a new regulatory framework for the virtual asset industry in the Sultanate. According to a Feb. 14 press release, the new rules would include oversight of virtual asset activities, a licensing process for virtual asset service providers (VASPs), and a framework to identify and mitigate risks surrounding the new asset class. The company said in a filing that it is now looking to offer 3M ordinary shares priced between $4 and $5, which would raise around $14M if priced at the midpoint. Jayud didn’t specify in its filing the size or price of the deal, but indicated in its filing fee schedule that it was looking to raise around $12M. Benchmark is serving as lead bookrunner. Golden Heaven said in its latest filing that it was now seeking to offer 6M ordinary shares priced between $4 and $5, which would raise around $27M if priced at the midpoint. The company hopes to list its shares on Nasdaq under the symbol GDHG. Revere Securities and RF Lafferty & Co. are serving as lead bookrunners on the deal.
