The RBA leaned slightly more dovish than expected during their latest rate statement, so will a dip in headline annual inflation bolster easing expectations?

Expectations are for a dip from 2.4% to 2.1% year-on-year for April, which would still be within the central bank’s target range, but is a downside surprise possible?
