Hennessy Capital Investment prices $175M IPO at $10 per share (TSXV:HVII.P:CA)

Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VII (HVII) priced its initial public offering of 17.5M units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
The units will be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “HVIIU” beginning January 17, 2025.
