- Lumine Group (TSXV:LMN:CA) said on Thursday that through one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, it has entered into an agreement to acquire assets related to the Vidispine brand and business from Arvato Systems, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.
