- Pulse Oil Corp. (TSXV:PUL:CA) Thursday said that it is offering rights to holders of its common shares of record at the close of business on December 15.
- Pursuant to the Rights Offering, each holder of Common Shares will receive one-fifth of a transferable right for each Common Share held of Pulse as of the Record Date.
- Each whole right will entitle the holder thereof to subscribe for one Common Share at a price of $0.04 per Common Share until 2:00 p.m. (Pacific time) on January 12, 2024.
- If the Rights are fully exercised, the Rights Offering will raise gross proceeds of $4,156,000.
