Sodexo (OTCPK:SDXAY) announced on Wednesday the appointment of Thierry Delaporte as CEO, effective November 10.
Delaporte was appointed CEO of Wipro in 2020.
The company said it is entering a new phase of development, following Sophie Bellon’s four-year tenure as CEO.
Bellon will act as non-executive chairwoman.
Sodexo will hold a conference call for analysts and investors at 8:30 AM CET on October 9.
